What carrier do you use to deliver my order?
We use An Post to deliver both national and international orders. If you select an Express Delivery option we use An Post on most occasions, although sometimes we have to find other, more suitable options.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Standard postage to Ireland should be received within 1-2 working days (not including the time needed to process and ship your order). Please note that this is an estimate, not a guarantee. Experience has shown us that orders can sometimes arrive quicker than expected and, at other times, can take a little longer. If your order hasn't arrived within 10 working days of it being sent (Ireland orders), or 25 working days (International orders), please get in touch with us and we'll track it down for you. If it's clear that your order has been lost in the post (for example, if the tracking is not updating), we can either send a replacement or process a full refund, whichever solution works best for you.
Do you ship to the UK?
We no longer take UK orders via the website due to the complexities of Brexit and the associated VAT requirements. David Meredith's bronze sculptures are still available for UK customers to purchase in our Etsy Shop, however please be aware that VAT will be added at the point of purchase. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, and hope to rectify the situation sometime in the future, as and when Government guidelines allow.
Estimated delivery times vary from country to country, so we recommend you use the following timescales as a guide:
Europe: 1-4 Weeks
North America & Canada: 2-12 Weeks
Australia & New Zealand: 2-20 Weeks
Will I have to pay customs and import taxes?
Yes, customers are responsible for any customs and import taxes (and associated administration charges) that may apply. Alcove Art is not responsible for delays due to customs. Parcels are always marked as "merchandise", never as "gifts".
